This in itself was not the issue, attempting to substitute out the product for another (I am not talking brand but actual use or benefits) without discussing with me is downright dangerous. I was offered a product that would cause serious harm to my issue and was brushed off when i mentioned this rather rudely. "Well we dont have that product anyway." Great! Maybe not play doctor and guess at what they need if you only on front counter!

Why would they do something that doesn't make them money, right? There were three other people in the store, not what i would call busy. Fairly sure he has a legal obligation to do this.
